PINUP 3-YEAR CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

Beginning January 1, 2026, all eligible Pinup products are covered by a 3-Year Craftsmanship Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased on or after January 1, 2026.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails due to how it was made, Pinup will repair or replace the item at its discretion.

1. WHAT IS COVERED

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
    •    Fabric flaws or material defects
    •    Buttons, snaps, rivets, or hardware breaking under normal use
    •    Seam splitting due to construction issues
    •    Stitching failure

If the issue is determined to be a defect in craftsmanship, Pinup will repair the item. If repair is not possible, a replacement may be issued at Pinup’s discretion.

2. WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Examples of normal wear and tear include:
    •    Heel bite
    •    Knee blowouts
    •    Seat or thigh thinning
    •    Fabric fading from regular washing and wear
    •    Staining
    •    Shrinkage due to improper washing or drying

This warranty also does not cover:
    •    Alterations or modifications
    •    Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
    •    Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorized sellers
    •    Products purchased at pop-up events or temporary retail activations

Natural aging and wear over time are expected and are not considered defects.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for warranty coverage:
    •    You must be the original purchaser
    •    Proof of purchase is required
    •    The product must not show signs of misuse or unauthorized alteration

Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date and lasts for three (3) years.

4. REPAIR PROCESS
    1.    Contact Pinup with:
    •    Proof of purchase
    •    Clear photos of the issue
    2.    If approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item in for evaluation.
    3.    Repair turnaround time is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on the issue and time of year.
    4.    If repair is not possible, Pinup may issue a replacement at its discretion.

Pinup prioritizes repair over replacement whenever possible.

5. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items to Pinup for warranty evaluation or repair.

For international customers:
    •    You are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Pinup.
    •    You are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges.
    •    Pinup is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.

Pinup garments are built to be worn and to age naturally with use.

Normal wear tells a story.
Craftsmanship defects do not.

If the issue is on us, we will make it right.
