Exchanges & Store-Credit Refunds (Domestic)
Orders in new, unworn condition are eligible for exchanges or store-credit refunds within 7 days of receiving your order.
Free return shipping is provided for domestic exchanges.
Exchanges are made by the desired product exchange’s availability and are not able to be granted to all customers
For store-credit refunds, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your credit amount.
Please note: Once an exchange has been completed, the original order may no longer qualify for further exchanges or store-credit refunds.
Any items sent back in worn, damaged, or altered condition will be denied. To request an exchange or store-credit refund, please contact:

International Shipping
International shipping rates are based on your location and the weight of your order. These costs are calculated at checkout.
Import duties, taxes, or customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for paying customs and duties if requested by their local courier. Pinup Rags is not responsible for courier delays or customs processing times.

On-sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store-credit refunds. Items received in worn, damaged, or altered condition will be denied.
EU Customers: In accordance with EU Consumer Rights law, customers located in the EU have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition. To exercise this right use the withdrawal button on our website or email us at support@pinuprags.com with your name and order number.
Additional Information
Pinup Rags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims for missing deliveries must be filed directly with the carrier.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
